Jaynie has a private practice working with primarily cancer (all stages including pre, during, and after chemo and remission) patients both adults and children. She has helped reduce the side-effects of cancer by strengthening the immune system through acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu. Some of the side-effects that she works with include the following: fatigue, neuropathy, anxiety, depression, digestive and skin disorders, nausea, diarrhea, constipation and much more. By strengthening the immune system, acancer patient feels vital, energetic, and joyful again!
Jaynie also teaches ongoing Acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu workshops and classes throughout the Bay Area. She has taught at UCSF and The Wellness Community. The class also includes nutrition and meditation. The classes are for adult cancer patients, their caregivers and for parents of children with cancer. In both classes, she teaches “hand on” tools that minimize side effects of cancer by enhancing the immune system and increasing well being. The patient can use these tools on themselves or the caregiver can use them as well.
